Your town called.
It wants more things to do.
A creative wellness studio in London, OH for the things you keep saying you want to try.
Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’m a therapist, wellness professional, and local resident who believes that feeling good in your life should be about more than checking things off your to-do list. It’s about having space to care for yourself, explore your creativity, build meaningful relationships, and feel connected to the people and places around you.
Living in a smaller community, I know that finding certain experiences can mean driving 30 minutes or more to another town. I wanted to change that. Sabi Studio was created to bring more opportunities for movement, creativity, wellness, and connection right here in our local community, so you can try something new, find your people, and invest in yourself without having to travel far to do it.
A Studio Rooted in Community
For me, building SABI STUDIO isn't just about opening a space. It's about investing in the community I call home.
I want to see the people here thrive, feel supported, and have access to opportunities that make life a little richer. I want this to be a place where local instructors, artists, and small business owners can share what they do, where neighbors can become friends, where families can celebrate special occasions, and where showing up for a class can also mean connecting with something bigger than yourself.
Giving back is part of that vision, too. Through community initiatives like supporting local food banks, sponsoring families during the Christmas season, and creating opportunities for our community to help choose causes we support, I hope Sabi Studio can be part of making a meaningful difference beyond our walls.
Because a thriving community isn't built by one person or one business. It's built when we find ways to show up for one another.

We recognize that extreme or unexpected circumstances can arise. If something urgent comes up, please contact us directly so we can discuss your situation. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our instructors and fellow community members.
-
If it's your first visit, we recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early so you have time to check in, get comfortable, and meet your instructor. This also gives us a chance to learn your name, answer questions, and ask about any injuries, movement considerations, or modifications that may help you feel supported.
For future visits, please arrive with enough time to get settled before class begins.
-
Absolutely! We want SABI STUDIO to be a welcoming place to try something new, regardless of your experience level. Our instructors aim to offer modifications and encourage you to move at a pace that feels appropriate for your body.
You don't have to be flexible, coordinated, experienced, or confident to get started. You're welcome to learn as you go.
-
We strive to create an inclusive, body-respectful environment where people feel welcome without pressure to look, move, or participate in a particular way no matter their identity or background. Our community movement classes are intended for ages 13 and up, with a separate Mommy & Me Fitness class for parents and children up to age five.
If you have specific accessibility needs, mobility considerations, or questions about equipment and modifications, please contact us before your visit so we can discuss how to best support your participation.
-
To protect everyone's privacy and help create a comfortable environment, filming and photography are not permitted during community classes without prior authorization. Please avoid recording other participants, even incidentally, and respect everyone's right to participate without appearing in someone else's content.
If you'd like to take photos or videos for your own content, please ask us about appropriate times and spaces to do so.
-
Please let your instructor know about any injuries, limitations, or movement considerations before class begins. Our goal is to help you feel supported, and instructors may offer modifications where appropriate.
We also respect personal boundaries. If an instructor would like to offer a hands-on adjustment, they should ask for your permission first. You're always welcome to decline.
If you're unsure whether a class is appropriate for your needs, contact us before booking.
