Something for the part of you that wants to move, make, or try something new.
Maybe you spend most of your time taking care of everyone else and would love one thing on your calendar that's just for you.
Or maybe you're simply tired of feeling like you have to leave town to find something different to do.
We get it. And we think there's room for more.
More opportunities to move your body without feeling intimidated. More creative experiences that let you try something without needing to be good at it. More chances to meet people who live right here in your community.
SABI STUDIO is our little way of bringing more of those opportunities to London.
-
A little breathing room in a week that rarely slows down.
Some days, you need to move. Other days, you need to slow down long enough to hear yourself think.
Our yoga classes offer a chance to stretch, reconnect with your body, and step away from the mental to-do list for a little while.
Come before work, after a busy day, or whenever it fits your life. You don't have to be flexible or know all the poses. You just have to show up.
-
Get stronger while doing something good for yourself.
If you've been wanting to build strength, work on your mobility, or find a movement routine you actually enjoy, Pilates is a great place to start.
No need to turn fitness into another thing you're supposed to be perfect at. Come to move, learn, and build consistency at your own pace.
-
Sometimes you just need to turn up the music and move.
Remember when dancing was something you did for fun, without worrying about how you looked doing it?
Let's make a little room for that again.
Women's and kids hip-hop classes are an opportunity to move, learn, laugh, and try something outside your usual routine.
-
For the hobbies you've been meaning to get back to.
Maybe you've always wanted to try painting. Maybe you have a journal full of ideas but never make time to write. Maybe you'd love an afternoon doing something creative with other people instead of spending another weekend wondering what to do.
That's what these workshops are for.
We'll bring together opportunities to write, paint, experiment, learn, and explore different creative interests. Some experiences may introduce you to something completely new; others might help you rediscover something you've missed.
Find the option that works for you.

Why London? Because we live here, too.
You shouldn't always have to drive to Columbus to find a class that interests you, attend a creative workshop, or try a new experience.
Smaller communities deserve spaces that bring people together, support local interests, and give people more opportunities to enjoy where they live.
That's what we want SABI STUDIO to become.
A place where you can take a yoga class after work, spend a Saturday morning at Pilates, try a creative workshop with a friend, or discover an activity you didn't even know you'd enjoy.
A place where local instructors and creatives have opportunities to share what they love.
A place where people of different ages and backgrounds can find experiences that feel welcoming to them.
And a place that grows alongside the community it serves.
A few things you might be wondering
Absolutely. Many of our offerings welcome beginners, and you don't need previous experience to get started. Check the individual class description or reach out if you're unsure where to begin.
I've never taken a class like this before. Can I still come?
1
Yes! Some classes are open to participants ages 2-7 years old, others are for 13 and up, and we offer family-friendly pricing (25% off for each additional family member) as well. Check each listing for age requirements and details.
Are there options for teens or families?
2
Nope. You don't need to arrive with a particular skill level or prove anything to anyone. Check individual class descriptions for any specific prerequisites, but the goal is to make trying something new feel approachable.
Do I have to be fit, flexible, or artistic?
3
What should I bring?
4
We'll include what you need to know in each class listing. For movement classes, bring water and comfortable clothing, along with a mat. For creative workshops, we'll let you know whether supplies are included.
